Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of all clients, I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 30% of the scheduled service cost.
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged 30% of the scheduled service cost.
The fee must be paid before booking future appointments.
